Before you mail your information please make sure you have completed the following items…

 

To Do Checklist:

  1. Print off “Entry form” available on website and check appropriate areas of competitions you are entering
  2. Print off, sign, and return the Rules and Regulations page available on the website to show you have read, understand and will abide by
  3. If you are entering in the coloring contest please make sure to print off your appropriate coloring sheet and turn in no later than June 14, 2010.
  4. If you are entering in the photogenic contest please provide us with a photo no larger than 5x7 in black/white or color no later than June 14, 2010.
  5. If you are entering in the creative drawing or essay contest please provide us with your entry no later than June 14, 2010.
  6. Please call or email me the amount of tickets you have sold for the pageant day, mail the check to the pageant office, and your tickets will be on “will call” at the check-in table the day of the pageant.  SELL, SELL, SELL!!!   Only one winner will be selected based on the amount of tickets sold.
  7. If you are entering the Fundraising contest please mail your fundraising money to the pageant office and have your check made out directly to “Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund”.  One winner will be selected based on the highest amount raised.
  8. Review “Age Appropriate gowns” section to get ideas for your age group – PLEASE KNOW THESE ARE ONLY SUGGESTIONS.  WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE "OFF THE RACK" OUTFITS AND GOWNS.  THE PURPOSE OF THIS PAGEANT IS TO RAISE MONEY FOR OUR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN OF FALLEN SOLDIERS, WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BE AS NATURAL AS POSSIBLE!!!  THE JUDGES WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NATURAL LOOK.
  9. If you would like any pageant coaching to help you prepare for the pageant please set up an appointment with Tiffany by calling her directly at 719-650-2440
  10. Remember to have FUN and RELAX 
  11. Make your checks payable to:  “Miss Patriotic Colorado Pageant”
  12. Mail everything no later than June 14, 2010 to:
